Painting skills

So this is one of my last paintings and I'd like to share some little secrets about it. This painting never started realistic. The technique that I used and I'm still using is a bit different. I'm starting with a colourful palette in order to force myself to be a little more free and comfortable if I make any mistakes. So basically while i'm using acrylics I'm following the watercolour technique. After that I'm just building on the real colour that I'm facing.You may not be able to recognise all of it because of the many layers that i used so i can make it look realistic.However you can see a bit of it in the background because I usually like to give a lighter touch on it.

I mainly used watercolours and coloured pencils for more detail. Teddy is having a cake because he thinks he deserves it.

It was completely drawn with oil pastels. You can see Teddy having a break from his ordinary life.

Drawn with pencils. Teddy is trying to sleep but he is too sad because his girlfriend left him for a cat.
